The Cornish Peak is a first floor apartment. The apartment is part of a Grade 2 listed building which has been lovingly converted to 2 apartments, The Cornish Nook being the Ground floor and the Cornish Peak being the upper floor.
The apartment is on the first floor, accessed up a flight of stairs.
