Herbert House is a newly refurbished home in the heart of the Rhondda Fawr Valley in the county borough of Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales.
The house is located in a very friendly neighbourhood and you can access the lovely Treorchy High Street which is a short walk away.
The High Street has in the past had the title of the best High Street in the UK. It is only a few miles from the Zip World and in the local area there are great walks for your four legged friends.
The accommodation comprises of a large dining room, separate living room with 2 comfortable sofas and a smart tv. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a washing/drying machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine etc.
A downstairs bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms including a double bed in bedroom 1, twin single beds in bedroom 2 and a single bed in bedroom 3. There is also a cosy nook area on the landing.
